Constructed in 1926, the Alliance Building is a fifteen story, 167,000 sq ft building. The building is located on the corner of East Main Street and Stone Road, located in the in the heart of the Central Business District. A majority of the first floor is used for retail (a few businesses relocated after Midtown Plaza closed). There is also an entrance from the first floor into the Chase tower retail area.
