They didn't write down my phone number correctly and claimed they had "confirmed" that they had contacted me about the dog having hook worms. Now my yard is infested, my dog has suffered over a month and a half and I had to find out when I went back for my booster shot for the dog BY THE DESK when I was paying to leave. The vet didn't even mention anything about her infestation to me (still unknown to me at the time) while we were in the check up. I will never go back again or recommend it.
