Atman Yoga Studios offers a blend of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Hatha yoga which means you will move a lot and probably sweat a lot. There are also classes offered in meditation and relaxation if you are into a more relaxing practice. The studio is located in the Neighborhood of the Arts, between University and Atlantic, north of the George Eastman House—in the same building as Bush Mango. The classes are reasonably priced and Enrique is very knowledgeable about yoga and how to teach for many levels.
