I wasn't aware that a 10 year old, mass produced car qualifies as exotic. + The second time I went, I was looking for an E46 3-series - this is a 1999-2005 3 series, but apparently the "knowledgeable" car people there kept insisting an E46 was a grey market European car - its merely the chassis code. Very disappointed with their initial lack of knowledge. The first saleswoman was very friendly and nice, but her two mini-managers were arrogant, misinformed, and unwilling to work with us. They insisted it was impossible to find the car we were interested in for the price we were willing to pay - I went on eBay and found 10 cars exactly like what we wanted selling for $2000+ less than they quoted. They insisted this was due to their 85 point inspection. I asked if that included a warranty of any kind for any duration, and they said no. So what's the point if they won't stand behind their cars? + I then went on their website and compared their "lowest possible price" with actual KBB prices, and they were several thousand above KBB Retail value - which is insane. In fact, on several of their descriptions they even posted a "KBB" value, but when I double checked the KBB retail value it was still thousands less than they were claiming. + In short, they are not selling for the lowest price - they are just like any other dealership. Very disappointed. I urge all of you to scour craigslist and eBay if you want to actually get a car at market rate. If you want to pay several thousand above market price, have nothing backing up the car you're buying, get juggled amongst several "managers" and deal with people who know nothing about the cars they're selling, then this place is perfect for you. --["Users/MarcusKroll"]
