At this market approximately 50 vendors offer a variety of fruits, vegetables, flowers, meats, coffees, baked goods and other products. This includes several of the vendors from the South Wedge Farmers' Market. Many of the products were grown or produced within 100 miles of Rochester. There is often some form of music, several food trucks, children's activities and local non-profit organizations often have booths.

This market operates outdoors during the Summer and Fall. After it closes for the season the market transitions to the Long Season Winter Farmers' Market which is held Sunday afternoons from 1-4PM at Brighton's Brookside Recreation Center at 220 Idlewood Rd (off of South Winton Road).
