The Buffalo Bills are the closest NFL team to Rochester. The Bills hold their summer training camp at St. John Fisher College here in Rochester. Like NFL teams in other parts of the world, they have good years and bad years. Unlike NFL teams in other parts of the world, they haven't really had much in the way of "good years" since the OJ Curse plagued the club, following the former running back's well-known debacle back in 1994.
This year's hopes ride on Trent Edwards, a fresh quarterback who is allegedly more resistant to the dumb, gaping, sack-inviting look that former QB J.P. Losman emoted when dropping the ball for no good reason.
