Caring Park is a pocket park in Dutchtown that is maintained by the Dutchtown Neighborhood Association. It consists of a couple of benches and a patch of amber-colored irises that commemorate the life Rochester City Police Lieutenant Joyce Walsh, who was actively involved with the neighborhood on safety issues.
