Bar none, Charlotte has the best customer service and selection of appliances in the area. They worked tirelessly to get us a good deal on a range and washer that was a good product that was within our budget (they took more than $200 off initial asking price). We ended up walking out with a Bosch washer that was far superior to its competitors and a range that we had not considered and which far outperforms other ranges I've cooked on that cost 2-3 times the price. Our $100 protection plan will soon be cashed in as we have not had to use it towards the purchase of a new dryer. Would the big box stores even consider an offer such as that? --["Users/RochesterGuy"]

Service has always been good, prices are close to those at any other store (they will bargain a bit especially if you have proof of a price elsewhere) and they have always taken good care of us. We always do our homework via the web and Consumer Reports, so maybe we've just made good choices for reliability. They missed a mattress delivery once, we called, and they sent a truck out special right at the end of the day to take care of it.
