Citizens Bank is a 12-state regional bank with their US headquarters in Rhode Island and many locations in the Rochester area. The Perinton Square Mall branch features a Starbucks.
Citizens Bank started in 1828 as a small, Providence, community bank called the High Street Bank. Since 1988 they have been owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
