Give it a whirl then!

Hula Hooping is a lot of fun and a great way to get in shape! Hooping has inspired me and I want to help spread it in Rochester! This activity is exploding in popularity in other cities. So fun, simple, and healthy! Bring your own hoop, or I have extras for people to use. Come spin your stress away! Don't be afraid if you think you can't hula hoop! These aren't light, small little kid hoops. They're heavier and bigger, adult sized. I have kid hoops too! Everyone is welcome!

 Interested?

For more information about hula hooping in general... www.hooping.org

If you're interested in hooping in Rochester... email RochesterHoops@Gmail.com

(First meeting is April 1st @ 5:30. I'm hoping to gather any current hoopers, as well as reach out to people who've never been exposed to hooping before, or have always wanted to try it. I would love to help you get started or work on some tricks, but this isn't a structured, formal, fitness class. This will be structured like a club, where hoopers of all levels can come together and learn from each other. Missing a meeting or arriving late isn't a problem at all.
