East Henrietta Road

East Henrietta Road begins in Monroe County in the town of Rush. It continues north through the towns of Henrietta and Brighton, where it eventually intersects with Mt. Hope Avenue just inside the border of the City of Rochester. East Henrietta Road in Rush is farm land but moving North brings more and more commercial buildings.

East Henrietta Road passes Monroe Community College where it intersects with I-390. North of this intersection South Avenue splits off and East Henrietta continues to a merge with Mount Hope Avenue near Strong Memorial Hospital. This area and all commercial areas of East Henrietta Road can have very high amounts of traffic. Otherwise, traffic on this road is reasonable.

East Henrietta Road may come to an abrupt end in Rush near the entrance of the Wild Wood Country Club, but the road continues on as Route 15A, carrying drivers between Hemlock Lake and Canadice Lake. On the way, you pass near or through Honeoye Falls, Mendon, Lima, Hemlock, Glenville and Hemlock Lake Park, eventually merging with Route 15 in Springwater.
