Five Mile Line Road is a north-south road that runs from Klem Road in Webster until it becomes Whitney Road just north of East Linden Avenue, where it passes from Penfield into Perinton.
Five Mile Line Road dates to the early 1800s and, true to its name, lies exactly five miles from the Wayne County line for the majority of its length, save for a portion where the county line jogs east.
