2008-02-01 11:20:58   I love this place!! Dinners come with fresh bread and salad. Portions are huge, and I always take home enough food for lunch the next day. They have a number of vegetarian options, and have even been able to make their specials veg for me. Their eggplant parm has kind of a beer batter on it, which I didn't love, but I have enjoyed all my other meals there. Non-veg friends have raved about their chicken French. Good service and nice atmosphere though nothing fancy. Reservations recommended for Friday and Saturday nights. —AutumnHaag

2009-01-01 10:09:11   This place is really delightful. The flavors are fresh and well thought out and it's obvious that the chef knows what he's doing. In addition, the tiramasu is to die for. The servers are good but the hostess is a bit flat and doesn't go out of her way to make anyone feel welcome I would definitely call ahead because seating is limited. —ShadoeD

2009-02-14 00:27:34   I had heard nothing but good things about this place from a co-worker so me, the fiance and my sister decided to make the trek out to Spencerport to give it a shot. The service was very slow and our server was kind of odd (she must either be really shy or really new). She mumbled a lot and gave us the impression that she was trying to rush us through our meal. No matter, though, I wanted the food to make all the little things that bothered me about this place (dirty table/seats when we were seated, no silverware, hostess admitted forgetting about us, multiple fruit flies buzzing around our heads) moot, but it didn't. Give me their sauce (which was like Chef Boyardee with a hint of sugar) and I could cook up a lasagna just as good as theirs. We were certain my sister's gnocchi came frozen, out of a bag, too. And the meatballs on my fiance's spaghetti were, as she put it, "Moist, but not in a good way." I mean, the food wasn't awful, but it was unremarkable. As it stands, my Italian restaurant of choice remains Agatina's. If you do plan on going, be sure to call well in advance and make a reservation. The place is tiny and fills up quick! —BatGuano
