The Hansen Nature Center is a park facility that provides
"exhibits on the natural history of New York, an indoor Honey Bee observation hive, and snowshoeing and cross – country skiing in the winter."1
The center is named after Henry Hansen, who donated the log cabin building in 1994 and funded its expansion in 1998.
