Havana Moe's is a bar and cigar shop located downtown. The bar qualifies for an exemption under the NYS smoking law and is therefore one of the few bars in Rochester where smoking is permitted. The bar has no taps, but features a selection of bottled beers, wines, and liquor.
During Monday Night Football, everyone in the bar gets a free shot when either team scores a touchdown.

2007-03-31 19:45:45 this is the only place I know of where smoking inside is still permitted. . . and it's not bad either. It's a bit cramped, but the bar staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. —GrahamSaathoff
