Joseph C. Wilson Magnet High School is a public high school for grades 7-12 that serves approximately 1,000 students. The school is divided into two academies: The Joseph C. Wilson Magnet High School Foundation Academy teaches grades 7-9, and the Joseph C. Wilson Magnet High School Commencement Academy teaches grades 10-12.
The school was formerly called West High School, but was renamed in honor of Joseph C. Wilson, the founder of the Xerox Corporation.
