Joy Luck Garden is a Chinese restaurant, tucked away in the far right corner of Panorama Plaza in Penfield.
They're now under new ownership with all new staff and a new menu.

2007-06-11 16:56:26 We've eaten here under both the old and new owners. It was originally quite good, and then declined near the end of the previous ownership to rather pedestrian and greasy meals. The greasiness is now pretty much gone, but the food has been uninspired - fairly bland, the entrees didn't arrive together, etc. We'll give it another chance, in the hope that they'll improve. —RichMulvey
