OK DURING MY CALL TO THEM MY FAMILY HAS STARTED TO GO OPEN UP BOXES TO SERVE THEMSELVES....AS SSON AS I GET BACK IN THE ROOM...I HEAR..."THE BISCUITS ARE HARD".....THE CHICKENS NOT EVEN WARM" AND "THERE IS WHITE STUFF FLOATING IN THE GRAVY"...OMGGG....OK I DONT CARE ABOUT THE CHICKEN NOT BEING WARM...GO HEAT IT UP BUT I LOOK AT THE BISCUITS AND THE GRAVY AND SURE ENOUGH ...ONE IS HARD THE OTHER HAS WHITE STUFF FLOATING IN IT...SO I LEAVE THE ROOM CALL BACK AGAIN...ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND THIS TIME A MALE ANSWERS....I GO ON TO SAY WE WERE AT HIS PLACE A LITTLE WHILE AGO....EXPLAINED I HAD JUST CALLED ABOUT MISSING PIES AND JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHY THE BISCUITS SEEMED OLD AND COULD HE TELL ME WHAT THE WHITE STUFF IS THATS FLOATING IN THE GRAVY??...WELL HE STARTS RANTING "THOSE BISCUITS ARE FRESH I JUST TOOK THEM OUT THE OVEN...I WAS LIKE SIR IF YOU SAW WHAT WE ARE LOOKING AT RIGHT NOW YOU WOULDNT THINK SO...THEY ARE COLD, HARD, AND HAVE CRUMBLED ALL IN THE BOX (CLEARLY NOT FRESH) HE STARTS OFF FIRST WITH A "WHATEVER" I SAY "EXCUSE ME?
