2012-07-27 19:51:05   I have used the North Chili location a few times. The wash does an alright job. I emailed them with a question once and they replied at a good time frame. —bonnev659

2012-07-27 21:01:29   I've used both the one on BHTL, as well as the one in Webster. The Webster location doesn't seem to be very well maintained. One time, it dribbled soapy water down my car AFTER the dryer finished, ruining my fresh wash. I called, and did get a refund, butstill, what a pain. BTW, neither location does a very good job of getting dirt on the back of the trunk off. —alex-c

2012-07-27 22:16:36   The BHTL one does a great job on my van and wife's Subaru Impreza every time. Have used them multiple times. —peteb
