Lucky Lotus Tattoo is Rochester's only fully custom tattoo shop. An amazing group of tattoo artists with a wide range of talents, led by Steve Shales and Dawn Kelley.
Lucky Lotus is also the place to find original artwork from area artists. They are located on Monroe Avenue.
