Lucky Lotus Tattoo is Rochester's only fully custom tattoo shop. The team is led by Steve Shales.
Lucky Lotus is also the place to find original artwork from area artists. Formerly located on Monroe Avenue and then in NOTA , they are now in Swillburg.
