Macarollin' is a food truck featuring several varieties of gourmet mac and cheese. Look for them at events or use Facebook or Twitter to track them down.

In 2014 the owners expanded and started to franchise, building some brick and mortar locations. The restaurants at area malls have closed but they now have a storefront in Penn Yan.

Their corporate office and food truck garage is in the city's Lyell-Otis neighborhood.
