McCann's Local Meats

McCann's Local Meats was a deli and butcher shop located in the Edge of the Wedge building. They had cafe and sell pre-prepared foods. They also supplied meat to area stores and restaurants, including The Cub Room.

Unlike many butchers, Kevin McCann brought in the animal whole. This allowed him to offer cuts of meat not found elsewhere. He sourced fresh meat from small, niche farms.

Opened June 1, 2015.
