Newcroft Park is a brownfield site that the city of Rochester aquired and remediated, creating a subdivision in the middle of an existing neighborhood. Homes were constructed and sold by private developers at market rates. The resulting 1200 - 1600 sf houses have been selling for between $150,000 and $250,000.
