The woman who runs it has kept her word on things that are being changed, and because of her I resigned for another year. I highly doubt there really was 1 working either, but I have no way to confirm it. I moved out a couple weeks later after this happened. I am now living in a town house for only a couple $100 more than I was paying for Normandie. Still waiting for security deposit back...they said 45 days, so we will see.
