Open Sky is a yoga instructional company in Rochester. It teaches Hatha yoga in the Iyengar tradition. They have many levels of classes ranging from beginner through advanced and also prenatal yoga. One-on-one classes are available. The price of the classes varies depending on the type of class. Students sign up for 8-week sessions and pre-registration is encouraged.
