Nov 18 BradMandell - after a boatload of new Orphans from created pages, renames and the UR student mess I finally back to where I was on Nov 1 with just the letters "R" and "S" to do.

Nov 19 BradMandell - Completed letter R along with some S - Only "S" left to do.

Jan 26, 2009 BradMandell - Lots of new orphans showed up at the orphanage since Nov 2008 - I now have them back to just those few pesky "S"'s again. Please Help !!

NOTE: To eliminate some orphans that had an active original author or were user subpages I have been Adding comments on some User pages with
Hi, you have hereby ADOPTED your original ["SomeOrphanPage"],
which is not otherwise linked to (;>}
This makes the page disappear from the Orphan pages list and puts it back on the owner or original author to decide what to do with it. Of couse, they can delete the comment and it comes back to haunt us (;>{

2008-09-17 21:27:05 I think we can pretty safely remove the old style user pages currently listed under Orphaned Redirects on the parent page. Nothing links to them and their presence lends nothing to searches. —DaveMahon
