PHA Health, Wellness and Fitness Center was a co-ed health club with a private women's only section. Women may move freely between the two areas. It had pretty much everything: cafe and juice bar, oxygen bar, hydro massage, saunas, steam rooms, aerobics, Pilates, yoga, cycling, nutrition consultations, business services, locker rooms, and, of course, cardio and resistance equipment.
Members were able to reimburse their membership dues through Blue Cross and ViaHealth.
