Palladio is an Italian restaurant located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily; menus are available on the website. There is a daily breakfast buffet until 10:30 (sometimes later on weekends). Palladio features a mix and match pasta dinner where you choose from a number of pastas, sauces, and toppings. There is also a selection of seafood, meat, and chicken entrees. Dress is casual and reservations are accepted.
