2006-07-07 10:50:24   Great place, but I recently saw a "For Sale" sign @ Patrik's. Looks like this place won't be around for much longer. :( —GreenBrenana

2006-07-09 06:26:37   It looks like the signs are real estate signs and perhaps the building is for sale and not the restaurant. —JasonOlshefsky

2006-07-21 13:08:19   Update (4th? visit) - building's for sale. Restaurant is looking to expand to next door; still a ways to go on their lease. Now, the food: good salmon prep; unfortunately the honey glaze was mostly honey (extremely unusual - search on 'salmon honey' and you'll know the honey almost never stands on its own, because it CAN'T). Seafood pot pie: there were corn starch balls. Key lime pie: don't follow a sweet-ish entree with this dessert. Service was smooth and well-timed. —ChristineLeo

2007-02-10 13:57:48   It's a little odd that Patrick is still claiming to be the chef. A little birdie told me that he and Jason moved down to Washington DC months ago. For a while, at least, the waiter was also the manager and the chef. —DaveMahon
