I had a friend who used to work there part time who clued me in to this. Pontillo's can be the best pizza or the worst pizza in the world depending on where you get it from. I've always liked the Ridge Road location and the one near the beach (I think it's Latta Road) the best. Park Ave is so-so. Heard that Pittsford and Bushnell's Basin are good as well, but haven't checked them out yet. I would definitely recommend if you want a good pizza, wait until you are in the neighborhood of one of the "recommended" Pontillo's and stop in to pick up a pie.
