Prosecco Italian Restaurant & Jazz Bar is an Italian restaurant in Farmington, started by the owners of Lemoncello Italian Restaurant & Bar.
It had its grand opening on October 9, 2011.

2014-08-22 08:16:11 Visited and ate at Prosecco for the first time last night. Had a fantastic dining experience. I inhaled their delicious picante pizza, while my companion enjoyed their chicken parm. Let's just say we were so busy eating, we barely stopped to talk. To make the night even better, our server, Anthony, was a delight. He was fun, energetic, and kept the night interesting. Definitely plan on going back! —JBuitrago
