Public Transit

Rochester has mediocre public transit, but you can do OK getting around if you are visiting. The public transit system is a 'spoke' (and no hub!) system, to encourage people to come downtown. Instead it has the effect of encouraging people to skip the public transit, and bike or rideshare instead.
