Rivers Run is a new adult living community on a 38-acre site set beside the Genesee River adjacent to RIT. It combines for purchase cottages and one- and two-bedroom rental apartments. 10 acres of the Rivers Run site are designated 'forever wild', hiking paths and walkways are planned to enable you to explore a secure natural environment. Docks are planned for the waterfront
Thanks to a collaboration with RIT, Rivers Run community members will have the ability to attend lectures, use the library, and participate in campus life.
