The Rochester Area Nature Photography Meetup Group is a group of local amateur and professional photographers who enjoy taking pictures of animals and natural scenery. There is a one-time fee of $5 for joining.

"If you enjoy photographing nature, this is the place for you! We had over 100 meetups in 2010!! Join us at area parks, festivals, hiking trails and many other places to photograph nature. We photograph animals, sunsets, waterfalls, flowers, and anything else outdoors! Occasionally we'll even have non-nature meetups like a car show or the farmer's market. Come to our monthly 'Let's Talk Photography' meetups to learn from other photographers and share your own work among friendly knowledgeable photographers."
