RHDFC logo.jpg The Rochester Housing Development Fund Corporation (RHDFC) was formed in 2000, when the City of Rochester signed an agreement with [wikipedia]HUD to aquire a large inventory of foreclosed properties. The RHDFC is funded by a coalition of banks, the City, the [WWW]Enterprise Community Partners (formerly the Enterprise Foundation], the United Way, and its parent organization the [WWW]Greater Rochester Housing Partnership.
