The Rochester Knightingales are the official cheerleaders of the Rochester Knighthawks lacrosse team.
The cheerleading squad consists entirely of volunteers who live and work in the Rochester area.
They perform three dances at every Knighthawks game: a pregame tunnel dance and two in-game field dances.1
