-07-11 12:50:32   My wife and kids and I go here quite frequently. It's a huge place - one side is more sports-bar like and the other side is more casual Italian restaurant. The quality of the food is always very good, and the tripe over pasta I had the other night was really really great. In fact, I had the tripe over pasta at Red Fedele's a week later, and it was also really good, but I think Romeo's was more tender. (Granted, that's a hit or miss... next week they might switch!). The place is fairly kid friendly - the only downside is the service can sometimes be fairly slow. However, it's worth going to for a casual night out. —DavidGottfried

-12-04 13:37:59   Live very near by so for convience I wish I liked it more. Everything I have had here is OK but nothing to rave about. I find the menu a little on the boring side with the usual Italian entrees. Being in Gates I like both The Brookhouse and Agatinas much more. —almorinelli

-08-29 21:10:08   Wife and I went Saturday night with a family friend. They both had the Veggie Pizza which they loved. I had the pasta (choice of Ziti) w/ Italian Sausage. The Sausage wasn't spicy but sweet and VERY good. We'll be back —PeteB

-06-06 09:43:22   Romeo's can vary greatly in the service but the food is walys good. Some nights the wait staff is great, other nights they ignore you and act like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you. But the food is worth it, I've always had a good meal there, the salad is fresh and crisp, and the entree is hot. So go for the food, and hopefully you get a good waiter. —carolturo

-10-12 20:31:33   Romeo's has apparently closed, per a story in the Democrat & Chronicle. I'd move this to "Gone, But Not Forgotten" but I'm not entirely sure how to do that without screwing something up! —davidgottfried
