Route 404 is a 10-mile, east-west, New York State Highway located in eastern Monroe County which starts in Irondequoit at an intersection with Interstate 590 on Empire Boulevard and terminates at an intersection with Route 104 at the Monroe and Wayne County lines in Webster.
