Also, whip cream is extra at many ice cream places, and putting it on everyone's sundaes caused more problems. Many people don't like it and when it got put on, they would ask for a whole new sundae, therefore wasting ice cream. Why would a sundae include as many toppings as you like? So a plain hot fudge sundae would cost the same as one with 10 toppings? No, that's not how businesses work and Russell's has charged for toppings that way for over 40 years now. Clearly if they have been around that long they are doing something right! + And for the $5.25 sundae, you read the menu, you know the prices. It clearly was a medium sundae with extras, which would be more expensive anywhere else. I have never been treated so rudely by any workers ever! I really don't need a bunch of teenage girls being rude and making nasty comments to each other and other customers. They charged $5.25 for a hot fudge sundae, since a sundae does not include whipped cream, cherry, sprinkles or any other normal sundae topping (just ice cream and chocolate sauce). Even McDonald's $1 sundae comes with whipped cream and nuts on it, and honestly tastes much better. We will NEVER go back again!
