Simons Baby Furniture is a locally owned furniture store specializing in baby/children's furniture, cribs, rockers, gliders, as well as car seats, strollers and nursing equipment. The clearance store is located next to Superior Wood Furniture and across the street from the Kodak facilities on West Ridge Road - park in the rear.

2009-06-05 08:03:44 Poor customer service!! We ordered furniture for our baby back in January. We specifically asked for furniture that would arrive quickly because were were late in ordering before the birth of our son. We were given an original timeline of 4 weeks. The furniture took 8 weeks to arrive with one piece missing. After doing some resarch, we found that this baby furniture manufacturer is notorious for shipping delays/backordering - shouldn't they know this!! One piece of furniture is still missing and while we understand the delay is due to the manufacturer, we have called Simons several times over the last few months to determine when the furniture might arrive - we get told that someone will call us back with the information and we get NO call back. We had to call the furniture manufacturer ourselves to find out when it might be back in stock. Our most recent phone call was earlier this week - and NO phone call back on the status of the missing piece. I would recommend going somewhere else for baby furniture or buying online. —EMitchell
