Most frequently you will find rooms to rent for around $300 with all utilities included. 1 bedroom apartments in this area range between $425 and $610 most with heat and hot water included. Typically a large 1 bedroom apartment would be priced at around $525 a month with heat and hot water included. Two bedroom apartments range from $550 to $750 some with heat included. The larger apartments are harder to get with utilities included, but they are out there and worth the search.
