St. Paul Quarter is a "Live, Work, Play" neighborhood of loft style buildings that were formerly factories, and now mostly converted into offices and residences. Saint Paul Street has also become a strip of Restaurants and Night Clubs.
Water Street features the famous Water Street Music Hall, a medium-sized music venue bringing in national acts. The Ponte de Rennes bridge connects this district to High Falls.
In September 2008, Belmont Properties purchased the historic Searle Building at 181 St. Paul Street. This 6 story brick building provides the area with live/work lofts and retail space.
