Started in 2008 by Zach Staszewski and Elliott Pruitt, Stasz/Pruitt Productions has teamed up with "Method Machine" on three projects and is currently in the production stages of a new show that will open on January 15th, 2010. Their play, "Wonder of the World", a dark comedy by David Lindsay-Abaire will be peformed at MuCCC, 142 Atlantic Ave, Rochester, NY 14610. Their last Show "An Adult Evening of Shel Silverstein" opened July 24th 2009 and sold out almost every performance. It was so successful, that Stasz/Pruitt Productions and Method Machine decided to bring it back to the stage for three last performances which happened on September 24th, 26th and 27th 2009. Their latest venture, a local satire news TV show called Under the ROC just debuted on youtube and facebook. Local for upcoming episodes featuring Chase Weston and Erica Eastman as they explore the absurdity of the local politics in Rochester.
Stasz/Pruitt Productions is a company that is devoted to bring the artistic and talented side of entertainment and acting back to Rochester through the eyes of famous playwrights, such as Neil LaBute and Shel Silverstein.
