2008-09-12 17:05:00 I had the same experience you had with Viking. If you paid with a cc, or left a deposit with a cc, you may be able to do a chargeback. There is a NYS law that says refund policies need to be placed in a conspicuous place in the store. I don't think they are at Viking. I mentioned this to the "owner/president" and he basically screamed at me not to talk about law to him. —MarcVera
