2009-01-08 13:24:18   Fairport's finest since 1975. I've been going to TK's since moving to Rochester in 1977, and it is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. All of their veggies are fresh, including the mushrooms. No other pizza place does that. Their sausage is cooked in-house, not those 'rabbit-pellets' you get at other places. I enjoy the simplicity of the sauce. They don't try to overdo the spices. Everyone there from Mr. Keil down to the kid in the back doing dishes has always been kind and courteous. Even though I live in Webster now, I still make a trip perhaps once a month to the village to pick up a pizza from TK's. —Petey

2010-05-23 12:21:28   Ordered pizza and wings. We got the thin crust pizza, which was fairly close to NY style. The pizza was incredibly greasy. In fact, the grease actually made it through the box of the cheese pizza. The meat on the sausage and pepperoni slice was pretty good, although rather salty. The pizza did not pass the NY style pizza fold test as the edge refused to bend, leaving the rest of the slice to sag down. The wings were mediocre at best. The hot wing sauce was okay, but very sparse. The wings were not particularly meaty and were rather dried out. This was especially true of the garlic parm wings. I have yet to find a good NY style pizza in the Fairport area. I will not be ordering from T.K.'s again. —ChristineH
