The Lobster Trap is a seafood market in East Rochester that attempts to replicate the lobster shanties that are found in Maine where one can purchase lobster for a reasonable price. According to The Lobster Trap, they ship fresh Maine lobster in on a daily basis. Judging by their storefront (it really does replicate a shanty) and their longevity in the area, I have to assume that they are doing something very right.
