The place looked great , this was before all the trash arrived. The first month or so was quiet. Then the trash arrived below me. Loud sex many times a week, booming bass music for 4-6 hours. Loud talking / bass music at 3am. I complained more times than I have fingers and toes.I was told to call the police as nobody else complained.Like I need that b.s..Allot of the fellow residents are very loud, and blast their music when and as loud as they want. They are also slobs. There have been fights in the hallways broken lights ,some woman was pounding on my neighbor's door for an hour in May at 1 am.Pounding and screaming for an hour. There are always loud , drunk people in the halls every weekend. The windows leak very badly, surprising for such a new building. The cold air poors in in the Winter. You can hear everything ! I had to wear earplugs to sleep because the intox people from the now closed nightclub next door would scream and yell at 2AM.The thermostats are set to go up to 72 degrees in the Winter. Many sketchy people in the building. I told the office five times the light in the parking lot was out, been out since October . Still is not fixed. The only time they get excited is when someone wrote racist stuff in the hallway. They said the FBI was called, but I doubt it.Someone also carved racial stuff into the elevator door. --["Users/vargas37"]</span> </td> </tr> </table> </div> https://rocwiki.org/The_Mills_at_High_Falls/Talkhttps://rocwiki.org/The_Mills_at_High_Falls/Talk?action=diff&version1=15&version2=16&ts=1243867035The Mills at High Falls/Talk2009-06-01T14:37:15Zrshe0000Comment added. <div id="content" class="wikipage content"> Differences for The Mills at High Falls/Talk<p><strong></strong></p><table> <tr> <td> <span> Deletions are marked with - . </span> </td> <td> <span> Additions are marked with +. </span> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> Line 32: </td> <td> Line 32: </td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> <td> <span>+ ------<br> + ''2009-06-01 10:37:15'' [[nbsp]] This place is nice it's too bad the ghetto comes with it.
