A newcomer to the Public Market as of May 2007, The Pierogie Guy offers traditional varieties like Sauerkraut, Potato Cheddar and Sauerkraut Mushroom. They also sell novelty flavors like Potato Cheddar Bacon and Buffalo Chicken. They have been featured at the Flour City Diner for some time.
The pierogies are hand made, so each one is a little different. They are sold pre-cooked, so preparation is fast.
According to the website, you can pre-order for pickup at either location. As of June 9, 2007, online ordering consists of sending an e-mail.

2007-12-10 13:28:47 Picked up a bag of Buffalo Chicken and a bag of potato, cheddar, and bacon pierogies at the Public market. They were $8 and $7 a bag respectively, with I think 12 in each bag. They were really good though. I served em up for 4 of my friends and everybody loved them. I'll be back at the market next Saturday to get a few more! —GeorgeBluth
