Tri Running and Walking in Victor carries a wide variety of running shoes and accessories (such as orthotics and clothing) The store has a treadmill and video setup used to analyze stride. It also rents aquatic gear, like wetsuits.

2008-06-24 10:38:11 I think Tri Running and Walking is the best gear shop in this area. Russ and Debbie, who own the shop, are super helpful and very nice. Russ being an excellent runner himself (has qualified for Boston Marathon consistently for the past 15 - 20 years) has valuable tips and hints for gear, running, and general fitness. Shopping for shoes is quite technical here: they do gait analysis using treadmill and video camera, measure both right and left feet for length and width, thus ensuring that the shoes you purchase are the best for you. Besides running gear they have extensive triathlon gear, snow shoes, etc. The shop also has a good selection of clothes on sale.
Their running group meets on Saturday mornings - snow or shine - at Mead Square Park, Victor at 7:00AM. It's a great group to run with, as well. —GeorgeJegadesh
