Twelve Corners Plaza is a shopping plaza located at the Twelve Corners in Brighton.

From 2006 to 2007 the plaza underwent a renovation. Some tenants like Music Lovers relocated to other buildings while others moved to larger stores in the plaza (for example, Starbucks moved to the former Music Lovers space, while a new Subway moved into the former Starbuck's store). In addition to store changes other upgrades include better parking, landscaping, common areas, and exterior changes to the front and rear of the plaza.
